Eastland Building Materials Ltd, one subsidiary company of Eastland International Limited, is the largest supplier of AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) Panels and Blocks based in China. Our factory not only imported the production patent as well as the advanced fully automatic AAC production line from the oversea, but also brought into China the advanced managing conception, building theory and construction technology. The annual production of our factory is about 500,000 cubic meters. Our AAC panels and blocks are characterized with lightweight, heat preservation, sound insulation, fireproofing. load bearing and more cost effective vs. traditional methods of construction.
Our plant is fully computerized, meeting all the latest requirements for HR and worlds best standard, environmentally friendly in production as the whole process does not produce any pollution. From a charge mixture, casting, pre-curing, cutting (using super fine steel) the techincal levels and the utilisation of new technology such as pressurised steam and computer control online testing throughout whole process to enable best quality, reliabolity to meet all customers requirements.
The main products produced are the dry density 300 - 750kg per cubic meters AAC reinforced panels and blocks. AAC can be used for exterior wall, interior partition wall, flooring, roofing, cladding and fencing in concrete structure and steel structure according to architectural and techicnal designs.
